Personal banking for the future generation must be seen with a fresh set of eyes in the Facebook and Instagram era. Sharability, gamification, rapid response, location relevance are just basic expectations from today’s mobile experiences. A successful mobile experience guarantees users’ continuous interest at the same time empowers them to complete tasks they are set out to do.

The goal of Moven’s new design strategy was to generate a unique set of interactions and experience that feels compelling to use, yet serve as that trustworthy financial advisor you didn’t know you needed. This is done so in a carefully crafted set of user journeys, workflows, and clear navigation.
