Workflow design enhancements that are made perfect through research

Through thorough research sessions, problems that caused poor experience, confusion on users, and short session times on the website were identified. Tactical workshops were coordinated to go deep-dive into requirements and long-term visions from each businesses, as well as technical requirements and constraints to consider.

The conclusion was the need for clear communication of storytelling throughout the online experience about the core of the businesses and who they serve. The new design strategy, therefore, focused on highlighting various personas that build up the audience, who are peer experts, and are eager to provide services in each domain.
