Cochrane super users have been with the platform for a long time, which makes it crucial for the advancements to come in effortlessly for both existing and new users. Everything from the tone of voice, call to action to the component library, etc. must be easy to users while making them extremely intuitive.

Design goals and challenges

Our team was tasked to devise a gradual and continuous experience enhancement strategy that will enable current users to adapt and adopt the newly advanced workflows throughout the platform.

The challenges arose from analyzing current users’ complex workflows, unique expectations, and requirements, coupled with accurately capturing the intricacy of the domain knowledge.

Ultimately the deliverables included modern and intuitive workflow improvements that empowered users and streamline their everyday interactions with the platform.
